Great brands aren’t built alone — they’re shaped through shared knowledge, meaningful connections, and real opportunity. Tulsa Beauty Collective creates the conditions that move founders forward.
From Indie to Industry, Beauty is Collective™
The Exchange presented by Tulsa Beauty Collective™ brings together emerging beauty founders, customers, community leaders, and ecosystem partners for four days in the district where Black entrepreneurship made American history.
Part founder summit, retail activation, cultural gathering, and marketplace, The Exchange shows what happens when commerce, education, and community operate together. The name describes the mechanics. Products change hands. Knowledge changes hands. Contacts, capital, and confidence change hands. Here, founders, partners, and industry leaders come together around real-world commerce — where products meet customers, knowledge and relationships move freely, and possibility becomes progress.

The Exchange presented by Tulsa Beauty Collective™ takes place in and around Tulsa’s Historic Greenwood District — the neighborhood the world knows as Black Wall Street — where culture, community, and commerce have long been deeply intertwined.
A century ago, Greenwood demonstrated the power of entrepreneurship, ownership, and a self-determined economy. Today, a new generation of founders is building on that legacy. The Exchange puts that spirit into motion — creating space for beauty’s next wave to be seen, supported, and connected to real opportunity, all while opening the experience to a city ready to discover, engage with, and champion them.
