Against the backdrop of Historic Greenwood and Black Wall Street's living legacy, we have spent a year thinking about what it looks like to bring beauty entrepreneurs together around connection, knowledge, visibility, and commerce.

Last November, we transformed a nearly 2,000-square-foot space into a beauty-centric holiday pop-up in two weeks. What we built was exciting. What it revealed mattered more: launching is only the beginning. The space between starting and scaling, where you are finding customers, growing revenue, accessing resources, and making the right connections, is where things get messy. It is also where we believe the most meaningful work happens.

So this November, on our one-year mark, we are bringing that vision to life through The Exchange, a four-day experience built around exactly that. The Beauty Shoppe sits at its center: one cohesive, TBC-designed retail floor where your products are merchandised, presented, and sold alongside a small group of brands we chose on purpose.

You are one of them. Out of a competitive applicant pool, we built an intentionally small marketplace, and we picked you for a clear point of view, products ready for customers, and a founder we wanted in the room.
